The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of TOUR006 with a placebo to find out which is better for lowering elevated hs-CRP levels. A placebo looks like the study drug but does not contain any active ingredient. Researchers use a placebo to see if a study drug works better or is safer than not taking anything at all.
